Mikel Irujo Amezaga was born in Caracas on October 6, 1972. He is a Spanish politician, ideology Basque nationalist and member of Eusko Alkartasuna.
He was the parliamentary and responsible office Eusko Alkartasuna on the advisory European Parliament between 1999 and 2003 and he held the second place in the nomination Europe Peoples in European elections on June 13, 2004. Between July 2007 and the final of the sixth term of the Parliament in July 2009, he served as an MEP; he belongs to the rotation system established between the representatives of the parties in the application integrated by Europe of Peoples.
Irujo held the position of secretary and spokesman of the Executive Congress Eusko Alkartasuna between December 2007 and June 2009.
