Preslav Borissov was born 7 March 1977 in Sofia. He is a Bulgarian politician who serves as an MEP for the GERB. He took the seat ofIliana Ivanova on 1 January 2013 after she resigned to join the European Court of Auditors.
He was a member of the EP Delegation to the EU Russia Parliamentary Cooperation Committee and the Delegation for relations with Israel.
