Join EU40 on Tuesday November 16 at 14:00 CET for a two-part expert roundtable discussion on pandemic preparedness, healthcare resilience, and future global threats.
The COVID-19 pandemic has tested our health systems to their limits. For many countries, long standing structural challenges have posed threats to their health systems’ future viability.
While vaccination remains a fundamental tool to fight COVID-19 globally, how can we collectively draw the lessons of this pandemic and – as new outbreaks and variants emerge – translate them into effective policy changes? How can we build a stronger Europe and improve patient outcomes moving forward?
To address these questions, we are very pleased to invite you the next session of #EU40Talks on “Building Resilience: What have we learnt from COVID-19 and how to move forward?”.
The discussion will be co-hosted by EU40 board member & MEP Nicu Ștefănuță, and will convene prominent representatives of the EU institutions and national governments, global health experts and patient advocates, scientists and academics, as well as pharmaceutical industry representatives.
