EU40, the European Parliament’s network of young MEPs  and Petrochemicals Europe (Cefic) had jointly organized a visit to the biggest petrochemical hub in Europe on Thursday, 27 September 9h00 – 17h.  

During the visit we had the chance to have a guided site tour and understand the industry lives , the plastics’ strategy, circular economy and many other interesting topics…

During the harbor tour, representatives from Antwerp Port Authority explained how the port works and the visit will be followed by an interactive session of discussion with the top management of Borealis, a leading global chemicals’ manufacturer.
