Olaf Bruns

Olaf completed his studies with a Master’s degree in social anthropology, obtained at Université Paris VIII. He continued his studies with development studies at Institut d’Etude du Développement Economique et Social.

His first professional experiences as a journalist took place in Germany, working for Frankfurter Rundschau and Märkische Allgemeine Zeitung.

In 2004, he started working in France for Radio France Internationale end EuroNews, as a journalist.

Since 2011, Olaf is the Deputy Bureau Chief in Brussels.

In terms of languages spoken, he speaks English, French, German, Italian and Dutch.
