EU40 successfully hosted Microsoft’s Research and Strategy office Craig Mundie at a luncheon in the European Parliament on February 1.

The lunch was attended by eight EU40 MEPs, who had the opportunity of an insightful, meaningful and productive discussion with Mr. Mundie, who was appointed to serve on President Barack Obama’s Council of Advisors on Science and Technology in April 2009.

He is responsible for Microsoft’s long-term technology strategy, reporting directly to CEO Steve Ballmer.
